I have a 2006 Springdale Keystone Travel Trailer. We bought it new. We have had it sitting for 2 years with a window open in the winter and all the windows in summer and roof vents and I can not get the Formaldehyde smell out of it. I have painted every open wood surface as recommended on the governments site and it doesn’t help. When I am in it my eyes burn and water and my lungs sting. I am looking for a recall.

We bought a used springdale fifth wheel with the same apparent problem.
If formeldahyde based holding tank products are used the odor may leak through a bad toilet flange seal. I relaced the seal, wich took care of the problem.
