Shoddy Workmanship?
You guys are way behind on this recall. There has been many more models of Big Bear Choppers motorcycles added to the recall over 1200 bikes now. Many owners of these bikes have not been able to ride their expensive bikes for almost a year now and are still not able to get the recall completed. Look up club chopper on the internet if you want to read the real stories from owners of these bikes. I just got my bike back on the road after a six month ordeal..
Chopper Joe – What do you mean “way behind”? Did you happen to see the date of this post? It was written over FIVE MONTHS ago (as of this date, the date of your comment).
I’m sorry I can’t tell the future.
I guess you can’t do updates either
Chopper Joe – Yes we do updates almost every day. If the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration recalls a motorcycle, you can bet we’ll post about it. Search for “motorcycle” to see the most recent ones.
But no, we can’t go back to every single one of the thousands upon thousands of recalls that have come out over the years and update them all whenever new developments happen.
By the way, you’re welcome for the information we are providing to you for free. I’m sure you just show your appreciation in funny ways.
Staff.
I see it has been some time since this recall.
Does Big Bear still have frame problems? Has this weld problem been resolved?
I am looking into a “Bear Bones” Big Bear chopper. But this makes me think twice.
Thanks
I recently purchased a used big bear venom chopper unaware of any recall.contacted big bear dealer and was told the recall period was over and any repairs would be out of pocket.how can this company get away with this?vehicle is not road worthy and will be a major expense to make it that way.this company is back in business under name ROADRAGE,they should honor recall on all affected vehicles.
