How A Defective Fuel Pump Can Cause a Crash
If your fuel pump fails, it can cause your car to die while you are driving down the road. With power steering and brakes, this makes both steering and braking very difficult, or impossible, leading to loss of control and the inability to avoid hitting other vehicles and objects. It can also make it difficult to pull off the road safely, causing you to run off the road or get hit by another vehicle if you are stopped in traffic.
